General Policies

All purchases are final. No refunds will be given, but we are happy to provide comparable in-store credit.

For time-limited purchases such as our New Year’s Eve party, we require 48 hours advance cancellation notice to be eligible for in-store credit, unless the cancellation is due to an emergency or illness.

Unlimited play passes, including the Relic Super Pass, Ultimate Pass, and LLT After Dark, are non-transferable.

If you purchase an attraction for someone that is unable to participate due to age or height restrictions, the purchase may be exchanged for in-store credit or an alternative attraction.

If you are removed from an attraction or asked to leave our facility due to a violation of our LLT policies, such as our laser tag or ropes course safety rules, no refunds or in-store credit will be given. This includes violations of current health department guidelines.

Parties & Events

Event deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied towards a different event or used as store credit with at least 2 days cancellation notice. We will make an exception to the 2 days advance notice policy in cases of illness or emergency.

We only charge for the number of actual guests that show up for the party or event, as long as the updated count meets the minimum for the selected package. The one exception is for food & drink; downgrades in size or cancellation of buffet packages must be made 24 hours in advance.

Gift Cards

LLT Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Please provide required proof of purchase to replace a lost, stolen or damaged Gift Card. Certain restrictions apply.
